CT导向下^(125)I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的总结应用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的护理方法。方法应用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗18例肺转移瘤,同时配合做好术前心理护理,放射性防护及预防并发症的发生。结果治疗总有效率为77．9％,2例出现气胸,肺压缩在30％以内,经保守治疗后好转;术后1周痰中带血15例,白细胞下降2例。结论 125I粒子植入治疗对正常组织损伤小而对肿瘤组织杀伤力大、精确性高、毒副作用小。Objective To summarize the nursing points in dealing with patients treated by implantation of ^125Ⅰ Seed for metastatic tumor of lung. Methods 18 patients with metastatic tumor of lung were treated by implantation of ^125Ⅰ Seed. Before operation, psychological nursing was given. Results The overall effective rate was 77.9%. Pneumothorax occurred in two eases. The lung was reduced within 30%. The white blood cell count decreased in two eases. Conclusion Implantation of ^125Ⅰ Seed has little harm to normal tissues but overkills the tumor tissues with high accuracy and little side-effect.
