摘  要:目的:了解连翘酯苷对DNA损伤的防护作用。方法:采用紫外分光光度法、TBA法在脱氧核糖水平上研究连翘酯苷对Phen-CuSO4-Vc系统引起的DNA损伤的防护效能,同时设甘露醇作对照。结果:连翘酯苷能明显减轻Phen-Cu-SO4-Vc系统对脱氧核糖的降解,能抑制脱氧核糖的损伤,且抑制作用随浓度增大而增强,对由Phen-CuSO4-Vc系统引起的DNA损伤的抑制率优于甘露醇。结论:连翘酯苷对·OH引发的DNA损伤有保护作用。Objective:To observe the protection functions of Forsythiaside on the damage of DNA. Methods:the protection effects of Forsythiaside on the damage of DNA caused by the Phen-CuSO4-Vc system has been observed at the ribodesose level using ultraviolet spectrophotometric method and the TBA reaction and in comparison with the effects of Mannitol. Results:Forsythiaside can obviously reduce the degeneration of Phen-CuSO4-Vc system to the ribodesose, suppress the damage degree, and the inhibitory action relate with the concentration of Forsythiaside. In summary, the protection effects of Forsythiaside to the damage of DNA is much better than that of mannitol. Conclusion:The Forsythiaside has the protective function to the damage of DNA caused by· OH.
