摘  要:目的探讨单孔非气腹腹腔镜对动物腹部外科手术的可行性。方法简化纤维冷光源腹腔镜,把新型无影冷光源配在侧视摄像系统和悬挂拉钩上与深部电动打结器及S、L形专用手术器械等配合,在直视与监视器放大画面相结合非气腹条件下完成腹部手术。通过家兔(10只)的胆囊切除术和食管、胃以及肝脏外科手术;狗(4只)的胆囊切除术和肠吻合术;猪(3头)的胆囊切除术的动物实验验证。结果家兔、狗和猪实验手术均顺利完成,全部存活,均无胆漏,组织、血管结扎可靠。结论单孔非气腹腹腔镜对动物做腹部外科手术可行,可避免发生气腹,兼容剖腹手术、小切口手术和腹腔镜手术三者的优点,具有微创、方便、安全等优点。Objective To investigate the feasibility of single - port gasless laparoscopy in animal models. Methods A novel shadowless cold light source was connected with a side - viewing camera and an abdominal wall lifting retractor. By using an electric knot - tying device and S - shaped or L - shaped surgical apparatuses, gasless abdominal operations were completed under direct vision combined with laparoscopic visualization. The operations included cholecystectomy and surgical operations of esophagus, stomach, and liver in rabbits ( n = 10 ), cholecystectomy and enteroanastomosis in dogs ( n = 4), and cholecystectomy in pigs ( n = 3 ). Results All the operations were completed smoothly. All the animals survived without biliary leakage. Tissues and blood vessels were ligated satisfactorily. Conclusions Single - port gasless laparoscopy in animal models is feasible, safe, and micro - invasivc. It avoids complications related to pneumoperitoneum.
