摘　　要：本文研究分析了当前票据市场发展现状。在肯定其近年来发展迅速,票据已成为我国企业支付和融资的理想工具,成为我国货币市场主要组成部分的同时,也指出票据业务发展在区域上的不平衡性,具体表现为省内中小城市与全国,省内福州、厦门相比,对推广票据业务重要性认识不足,发展缓慢,最后提出了进一步推进票据融资业务快速健康发展的对策和建议。The PBC issued a notice as to perfecting instrument business, meanwhile, this paper analyzed current development of instrument market. Although the market has developed rapidly, and the instruments, as principal component in our monetary market, are becoming ideal vehicles for payment and financing, national and regional imbalances as to its recognition, development were expounded here and suggestions were proposed for its further development.
