摘　　要：明末清初的方孝标《钝斋文选》,为理清康熙时代最大文字狱《南山集》案的重要文献。清廷以《钝斋文选》中的《滇黔纪闻》为方孝标所定三项罪行,按之《钝斋文选》皆不能成立。康熙皇帝却将错就错铸成《南山集》案。雍正明知此案“中有隐情”,在矫枉时故意留条尾巴。既维护了康熙的权威,又显示了自己的恩泽。人们从中也能窥测到某些历史的奥秘。The Selected Works of Dun Zhai,which was written by Fang Xiao- biao during the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, was the important document for sorting out the biggest literary inquisition, the Case of ‘ Nanshan Collection’ during Kangxi Dynasty. The three crimes, with which the Qing government charged Fang Xiao - biao for the Notes on a Trip to Yunnan and Guizhou from The Selected Works of Dun Zhai, did not hold water according to the Selected Works of Dun Zhai. However, the emperor Kangxi caused the Case of‘ Nanshan Collection’ over shoes over boots. The emperor Yongzhen knew there were some secrets in this case, therefore he left the matter open intentionally while correcting mistakes. By doing so he not only guarded the dignity of the emperor Kangxi, but also bestowed his bounties. People may learn the mysteries of some history.
