胸主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术前彩色超声多普勒检测的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在胸主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术前的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声对14例患者进行检测。结果14例患者,13例诊断为胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤,1例为降主动脉假性动脉瘤,其中7例患者行动脉瘤腔内隔绝术。14例患者均经CT、DSA及手术证实。结论彩色多普勒超声在胸主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术前具有重要的应用价值。Objective To probe into the application value of color Doppler ultrasonography before endovascular graft exclusion of thoracic aortic aneurysm.Methods 14 cases were detected by using color Doppler uhrasonography before the procedure, then the obtained data were analysed.Results Among the 14 cases,13 cases were diagnosed as thoracic aortic dissections and 1 case as descending aorta pseudoaneurysm;7 patients received aortic aneurysm endovascular graft exclusion. All the 14 cases were confirmed by CT and DSA and operative results.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has important application value before endovascular graft exclusion of thoracic aortic aneurysm.
