摘　　要：目的观察瑞香抗癌颗粒治疗消化系肿瘤的临床疗效。方法采取随机双盲对照研究方法,选取符合纳入标准的患者68例,其中对照组32例、治疗组18例、辅助治疗组18例。对近期客观疗效、生活质量、体重变化、症状及体征消失率、免疫功能、减毒作用进行观察。结果治疗组上述指标均优于对照组,辅助治疗组在生活质量、免疫指标、总体疗效方面也优于对照组。结论瑞香抗癌颗粒治疗消化系肿瘤疗效确切熏未见不良反应,具有较大的治疗研究价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ruixiang Anticancer Granule on digestive tract tumour.Methods Double-blinded random-controlled method was adopted to observe the effect of treatment on the 68 patients, among them there were 32 cases in control group, 18 cases in treating group, 18 eases in subsidiary group. The objective effect in short-term, the quality of life, weight fluctuation,the disappearing rate of symptoms and signs,immunofunction,anti-toxicity were observed.Results The curative effect of treating group was prior to that of control group in above-mentioned items. The quality of llfe, immunopoteney and the total effect of subsidiary group were also better than those of control group. No adverse reactions were found. Conclusion The clinical effect of Ruixiang Anticaneer Granule in treating the digestive tract tumour is exact and has great study value for treatment.
