食用百合与药用百合的成分比较

摘　　要：目的:比较食用百合与药用百合的化学成分。方法:采用浸出物含量及多糖含量测定法、HPLC法、指纹图谱相似度检查、GC-MS法对两类百合的化学成分进行比较。结果:两类百合的浸出物及多糖含量、HPLC、指纹图谱、GC-MS图谱之间都有明显差异,但食用百合的浸出物及多糖含量高于药用百合。结论:食用百合不可以作为药用百合应用于临床。Objective ：To compare the chemical contents between edible and remedial lilium brownii. Methods ：The determination of extraction and polysaccharide, HPLC, similarity of chromatographic fingerprints, GC -MS were adopted to analyze. Results. The contents and components are different in two types of Lilium brownii. The content of extraction and polysaccharide from the edible Lilium brownii are higher than remedial ones. Conclusion ：The edible Lilium brownii can not apply to clinical.
