痔舒息洗剂质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的：制定痔舒息洗荆的质量标准。方法：用TLC法检测痔舒息洗剂中两面针和大黄药材。用高效液相色谱法测定制荆中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果：两面针和大黄在石油醚（30～60℃）一甲酸乙酯一甲酸（15：5：1）上层溶液中获得良好的分离；穿心莲内酯在7．52．-188μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0．99995），平均回收率为102．9％，RSD为1．68％（n=5）。脱水穿心莲内酯在在1．6～40μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（r=0．99994），RSD为1．68％（n=5）。结论：所建立的质量标准为有效控制新制刺的质量提供指标和方法。objective： To establish the quality standard for Zhishuxi Lotion. Methods： TLC was used to determinate the Radix et Rhizoma and Radix zanthoxyli. HPLC was used to determinate the andrographolide and 14 - deoxy - 11,12 - didehydro andrographolide content in Zhishuxi Lotion. Results： Radix et Rhizoma and Radix zantbexyli could be detected by TLC. Andrographolide showed a good linear relationship in the range of/mL（ r = 0. 99995）, and the average recovery was 102.9%, RSD was 1.68% （ n =5）. 14- deoxy-11, 12- didehydro andrographolide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.6 -40μg/mL （ r = 0.99994）, RSD was 1.68%（ n =5）. Conclusion： The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of Zhishuxi Lotion.
