摘  要:目的:研究七叶皂苷及其中A、B、C、D组分的抗炎活性并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:用大鼠双侧腹股沟部接种无菌棉球方法制备慢性炎症模型,分为阳性对照、阴性对照、七叶皂苷、A、B、C及D组分组,分别观察受试药物对上述模型的作用。结果:七叶皂苷及其中4个组分(0.5、1.0、2.0mg/kg,iv)对大鼠棉球肉芽肿均有明显的抑制作用,并显示出明显的剂量依赖性。结论:七叶皂苷及A、B、C、D组分均具有抗炎作用,抗炎作用机制可能与肾上腺皮质激素有关。Objective : To investigate the inhibition effects on the cotton granuloma and its possible mechanism of the elements of escin A,B,C,D that isolated from escin. Methods : Sterilized cotton 50mg was inoculated in the groin of rats. Drugs were injected into tail vein daffy and lasted for 7 days. At the 8th day, the granulomas had been isolated and then baked for 12 hours at 70℃. Then inhibition rates were calculated. At the same time, suprarenal glands and thymus gland of the rats were isolated and weighted. Results : Escin and its elements A、B、C、D can inhibit rat cotton granuloma obviously and the inhibition rates are dose -depended. Conclusion : All Escin and its elements A,B,C,D can inhibit inflammation in a dose -depended way. The mechanism of anti - inflammation is likely related to the adrenal cortical hormone
