穴位注射黄芪对小鼠记忆力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射黄芪对小鼠记忆力能力的影响。为临床推广和中医治疗记忆力障碍性疾病的优势提供有利的实验依据。方法:NIH小鼠,随机分为正常组,模型组,穴位注射组,归脾汤高剂量组,归脾汤中剂量组。穴位注射黄芪注射液后,皮下注射东莨菪碱造模。然后用跳台法、复杂迷宫趋食法小鼠记忆力行为,进行各组的对比观察。结果:造模后模型组小鼠记忆力能力明显差于正常组小鼠(P<0.05)。在小鼠“百会”、“内关”和“后三里”穴位注射黄芪注射液(0.05mL/只)对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍有明显改善作用(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射黄芪注射液能够改善东莨菪碱所致的记忆障碍。另外,还能显著增加小鼠体重。Objective ：To observe the influence on the rats＇ memory of the astragalus injection in the points for offering favorable condition of spreading this method in clinic and illustrate TCM＇dominance in treating poor memory. Methods ：NIH rats were rendaomly divided into normal group, model group, points injection group, high dosage ＂guipitang＂ group and middle dosage ＂ guipitang＂ group. After injecting astragalus in the points, prepared model by hypodermic injection of scopolamine. Then observed the rots＇memory behavior according to the diving support method and the trophic behaviour in the complex labyrinth. And compared the results of all groups. Results ： After the formation of model, the memory behavior of the model group is worse than that of the rats of the normal group（ P 〈0. 05）. The injection of astragalus in Baihui,Neiguan and Zusanli point of the rats has obvious amendatory effect on the poor memory that caused by the injection of scopolamine. Conclusion ： Injection of astragalus in the points can amend the poor memory state caused by the injection of scopolamine. And it also can improve the weight gain of the rats.
