摘　　要：扩大公民的政治参与是适应中国政治民主化,本文初步探讨自改革开放以来,中国公民政治参与出现的新特点:政治参与侧重政策实施阶段;微观层面的政治参与多于宏观层面政治参与;自主式政治参与和动员式政治参与并存; 非制度化政治参与日益增多;网络政治参与成为公民表达利益的重要手段。笔者认为提高中国的政治参与制度、支持公民社会的成长、完善和健全中国的市场经济制度、塑造参与型政治文化等相关措施,将有利于扩大中国公民的政治参与。Expanding citizen＇s political participation accords with Chinese political democratization. This paper gives a first exploration of new characteristics of Chinese citizen＇s political participation since the reform and opening up in 1979, which include such levels as the stage of stressing policies, more micro political participation than macro one, self - determination with politics, more and more non - system as well as net political participation. This paper thinks raising Chinese political participation, supporting citizen, improving Chinese market economy and so on will be beneficial to Chinese political participation.
