摘  要:目的:研究HG颗粒对免疫功能低下小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法:皮下注射环磷酰胺建立免疫功能低下小鼠模型,分别予HG颗粒、盐酸左旋咪唑片灌胃治疗。对照观察药物对免疫功能低下小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬刚果红染料能力的影响。结果:免疫功能低下小鼠吞噬刚果红染料能力显著降低。经HG颗粒治疗后有明显提高,综合疗效优于阳性药物组。结论:HG颗粒能显著提高免疫功能低下小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力。Objective: To explore the effects of HG granule on mononuclear-macrophage phagocytic function in hypoimmunologic mice. Methods: hypoimmunologic model mice induced by subcutaneous injection cyclophospharnide. Trended the mice with HG Keli and hydrochloric acid laevorotationzole tablets through tube feeding respectively. Observed the function of licking up congo red dye of monocytes in the hypoimmunologic mice. Results: The the function of licking up congo red dye of Monocytes in the hypoimmunologic function mice were significantly lower than the normal group. After the therpy of HG Keli, the function of licking up congo red dye of monocytes increased markedly, the comprehensive effects of HG Keli were better than that of modem medicine. Conclusion: These results suggested that HG Keli can effectively enhance the function of monocytes in hypoimmunologic model mice.
