浅谈我国天然气工业的协调发展

摘　　要：介绍了我国天然气市场发展须经过的启动期、发展期、成熟期3个阶段。重点论述了发展期(2005～2030年)我国天然气工业发展的趋势。针对发展期内我国天然气需求的巨大增长特点,对已建陕京管道发展情况进行了分析。结果表明,资源、管道和市场之间存在着有机衔接的规律,储气库建设是今后我国天然气管网发展的重点。根据进口天然气在天然气消费总量所占比例的急速上升,我国管道建设布局将进行重新调整。Three stages for developing natural gas market in China including start-up,development and autumn stages are introduced. The main development trend of natural gas industry in the development stage(from 2005 to 2030)is discussed. According to the rising characteristics of natural gas demand in the development stage of natural gas market in China,there is an effective link rule among resource,pipeline and market. It is definitely pointed out that the construction of underground gas storage is the key to develop natural gas network in China. Due to the rapid increase of the proportion of gas input to gas consumption gross,it is needed to readjust the layout of pipeline construction in China.
