摘  要:针对靖边气田天然气的特点,对以MDEA溶液为基础的溶液复配进行了研究。研究及应用结果表明:复配溶液酸气负荷较高,脱硫、脱碳性能较好,经济适用,是实现装置在较低能耗下脱硫、脱碳及保证净化气质量指标合格的首选途径。靖边气田对装置运行参数进行优化后,进一步降低了装置运行能耗和生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益。In light of the characteristics of gas in Jingbian Gas Field,the MDEA-based compounded solution is made and applied in this field. The results show that the compounded solution has the properties of high capacity for loading sour gas,much better in desulphurization and decarbonization,and good economic suitability. The compounded solution is suitable for the units to remove sulfur and carbon with lower energy consumption and to ensure the purified gas meeting the quality standard. The optimization of operation parameters for the treating units is favorable for reduction of energy consumption and operation cost. Good economical benefits have been obtained.
