摘　　要：以三聚氯氰、异丙胺和甲硫醇钠为原料,以三氯乙烯为溶剂制备了扑草净.研究了物料配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对反应的影响,获得了较佳的反应条件.较佳反应条件为三聚氯氰∶异丙胺∶氢氧化钠∶甲硫醇钠=1∶2.1∶2.0∶5.0(mol),第一、第二、第三取代反应的反应温度和反应时间分别为20,30,82℃和30,30,360 min.在较佳的反应条件下,扑草净的收率和纯度分别为87%和86%.Prometryne is synthesized from cyanuric chloride,isopropylamine and sodium methyl mercaptide in solution of the trichloro-ethylene. The effects of some factor such as reaction ratio, reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction are investigated. The optimum reaction conditions are obtained. The optimum conditions are that the mole ratio of cyanuric chloride to isopropylamine, sodium hydroxide, sodium methyl mercaptide is 1 ： 2.1 ： 2.0： 5.0 （ mol）, the temperature and time of first, second, third substitution reaction is respectively 20 ℃, 30 ℃, 82 ℃ and 30min, 30min, 360min. The yield and purity of prometrgne reach 87% and 86% respectively under optimum reaction conditions.
