摘　　要：介绍了由虾、蟹壳制取壳聚糖用做絮凝剂的实验方法,确定了脱钙、脱蛋白、脱乙酰等最适宜的工艺参数.利用制备的壳聚糖处理废水,效果良好.The method of production of chitosan from crust of shrimp and crab used for flocculant in laboratory scale is presented in this paper. The optimum conditions for producing chitosan have been obtained. The products of chitosan have been used to waste water treatment successfully.
