摘　　要：主要介绍双芯片组结构形式的嵌入式Modem(ISOmodem)芯片Si2414和Si3015,以及ISOmodem在电子申报器产品中的应用;重点介绍运用ISOmodem进行通信的硬件及软件设计.The serial communication between Embedded Modem Si2414 and single-chip computer M30622M4 in tax declared terminal unit is described in this paper. The hardware link and software design procedure under serial interface mode are presented. The process of initializing Si2414 is introduced.
