摘 要:中华鳖腐皮病是危害中华鳖最严重的常见病之一,其发病率较高,四季均可流行,给养鳖业生产造成较大经济损失。本研究从浙江地区患病个体的颈部病灶、足部病灶、肝脏及肠壁中共分离到6支菌株,经人工感染毒力测试,鉴定病原为嗜水气单胞菌Aeromonas hydrophila与温和气单胞菌Aeromonas sobria。药敏试验结果表明,这两种致病菌均对新霉素、卡那霉素、氯霉素、氟嗪酸、庆大霉素、红霉素等抗生素高度敏感,而对15种中草药仅高敏于五倍子。The Skin Fester Disease(SFD) in soft-shelled turtle(Trionyx sinensis) is one of the most serious and common diseases. It causes economic losing in fishery and may occur all the year. Six strains were isolated from liver, focus skin and intestinal wall of naturally infected T. sinensis. But only 3 of them did harm to soft-shelled turtle through the artificial infection and toxigenicity test. And identified by the bacteriological method, Aeromonas hydrophila, A. Sobria had been proved the pathogenic bacteria. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that Neomycin, Gentamycin, Kanamycin, Erythromycin, Ofloxacin and Chloramphenicol should be the chief drugs for treatment of SFD, and to Chinese traditional medicine, it showed that only the nutgall could deal with them.
