摘　　要：时间价值在分析交通行为、定量地评价交通项目的经济效益中都起到十分重要的作用.在随机效用函数理论的基础上对旅客的时间价值进行了深入研究,提出了一种新的效用函数的构建方法和模型参数标定算法,其不仅考虑了传统的旅行费用和旅行时间,而且进一步考虑了旅客收入这一因素.其次运用极大似然估计方法对模型的参数进行标定.最后针对京沪通道相关数据进行了简单的实证分析.The value of time is an important factor to analyze the traffic behavior or evaluate the benefit of traffic project. In this paper, a new utility function is put forward to evaluate the value of traveling time based on random utility model, which includes passenger＇s income besides cost and time. And then the model parameters are estimated by means of MLE （maximum likelihood estimation）. Finally, we give an illustration to show their application with the traffic data of Beijing-Shanghai corridor.
