摘 要:选用聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体材料,加入不同含量的NaClO4,采用溶液浇注法制备不同组成的聚合物电解质薄膜,采用XRD和FT-IR对其结构进行了分析,运用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)对其介电性能进行了测试。实验结果表明:高氯酸钠(NaClO4)在PVC基体材料中以复合状态存在,Na+离子与PVC中的Cl发生络合作用。复合体系的介电常数随NaClO4含量增加而降低,并且在较低的频率和较高的温度时下降很快,而在较高的频率和较低的温度时下降缓慢。在1kHz频率时,随温度升高,体系的损耗角正切逐渐增大。PVC/NaClO4 polymer electrolyte films of different compositions were prepared by solution casting method with adding different content NaClO4 in PVC body material.The structure of the electrolyte films was analysed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the dielectric property was determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The experiment results showed that NaClO4 exists as the complex state in PVC body material, complexation reaction of Na^+ takes place with CI in PVC. The dielectric constant of the complex system decreases with the increase of NaClO4 content, decreases rapidly when the frequency is low and the temperature is high,decreases slowly when the frequency is high and the temperature is low.The loss angle tangent of composites increases with the temperature rising under 1 kHz frequency.
