摘  要:报道了以3-甲基-4-硝基苯甲酸为原料的标题化合物的合成方法,总收率达63%。其结构经1HNMRI、R和MS得到确证。The synthesis method of a new compound ethyl 3-formylindole-5-carboxylate( 1 ) has been reported. The intermediate ethyl indole-5-carboxylate was obtained from 3-methyl-4-nitrobenzoic acid as raw material by esterification with EtOH, condensation with DMFDEA and piperidine, reduction with Fe/HAc. Then it was reacted with POCI3/DMF through Vilsmeier-Hacck reaction, the target product 1 was synthesized with a total yield of 63 % .The structure of 1 was confirmed by ^1HNMR, IR and MS.
