摘 要:改进了现有的卡氏试剂,采用混合溶剂和咪唑,制成了适于醛类样品的卡尔·费休试剂。该试剂用于醛类样品中水分的测定,测定结果的加标回收率在99%-105%之间,相对标准偏差小于5%。Karl-Fischer coulometry is one of the most commonly used methods for moisture content determination, but the present reagents are unsatisfactory for the aldehyde samples. The present Karl-Fischer reagent was improved by using a multi-component solvent and imidazole, the new one is suitable for determining the moisture content in some aldehyde samples. The reagent used for determining aldehyde samples has some excellent characteristics, for example, the result is accurate, the end-point is clear, and the repeatability and the stability are well. The recovery is among 99%-105%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%.
