摘　　要：自动测试系统(ATS)的软件是整个系统的核心,而软件测试是保证TPS质量的关键要素。在总结TPS的软件测试经验的基础上,给出了TPS的软件测试模型,分析了TPS软件测试中遇到的相关技术,并且在ATE8000等项目开发中取得了良好的效果。The software of automatic test system （ATS） is the core of the total system. Software testing is the key element which can ensure the software quality of TPS. Based on summarizing the experience about the software testing, the software testing model of TPS is proposed, and the technique related to software testing of TPS is discussed. Besides, the good results are obtained on the item developing of ATE8000.
