摘　　要：此文对AIS基本结构以及其输入输出接口,输出信息的帧封装及解析原理等进行了介绍。在此基础上完成了AIS信息采集处理的软件的设计。实验表明,所得的AIS信息准确可靠。该技术的研究,是基于AIS信息的应用系统研究的基础。This paper introduces the base structure and I/O port of the AIS, also presents AIS＇s frame encapsulation format and decoding encapsulation method. Based on the above method, the soft ware was designed for the information collecting and processing from AIS.The experiment showed that the AIS information obtained through collecting and processing in this way was accurate and reliable. Studying on these Techniques is the base of studying the AIS information application systerm.
