摘  要:用铸造及快淬工艺制备了无钴AB5型LaxMm1-x(NiMnSiAlFe)4.9(x=0、0.45、0.75和1.00)贮氢合金,研究了La替代量x对合金性能的影响。La替代Mm,可以提高合金的放电容量,当x从0增加到1.00时,铸态合金以60 mA/g恒流充放电的容量从273.5 mAh/g增加到304.5 mAh/g,10 m/s淬速快淬态合金的容量从236.8 mAh/g增加到300.3 mAh/g。La替代Mm,对铸态合金的循环寿命没有显著影响,但使快淬态合金的循环寿命下降。Co-free AB5 type Lax Mm1-x (NiMnSiAlFe)4.9( x = 0, 0, 45, 0.75 and 1.00) hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by casting and rapid quenching. The effects of the amount of La substitution ( x ) on the performance of the alloys were investigated. Substituting Mm with La could enhance the capacities of the alloys. When x increased from 0 to 1.00, the capacity of the ascast alloy with 60 mA/g constant current charge-discharge increased from 273.5 mAh/g to 304.5 mAh/g,the as-quenched alloy with a quenching rate of 10 m/s increased from 236.8 mAh/g to 300.3 mAh/g. The substituting Mm with La had an insignificant effect on the cycle life of the as-cast alloy, but it decreased the cycle life of the as-quenched alloy.
