摘  要:正负极材料、电解液及其添加剂、电池的结构以及制备工艺条件都对锂离子电池的安全性有重要的影响。选择热稳定性好的正负极材料、电解液及其阻燃剂,可以提高电池的热稳定性;在电解液中加入过充保护添加剂,可防止电池的过充;控制好制备工艺条件以及合理的使用,可防止电池的短路。The anode and cathode materials, electrolyte and its additives, structure of battery and manufacture process had important effect on the safety of Li-ion battery. The thermal stability of battery was improved by choosing thermally stable anode and cathode materials, dectrolyte and its additives.Overcharge of the battery was prevented by using overcharge protection additives. To avoid short-circuit of the battery, the control of the manufacture process and suitable use were important.
