摘　　要：利用监测网具有监测方向性这一特点，在监测网设计中应用矩阵逆特征值理论构造准则矩阵，并结合算例论述了监测网的二类设计。Based on the fact that the ability to detect deformation is different in various directions for a deformation monitoring network, a method of constructing a criterion matrix for the design of monitoring networks is propased by using the inverse eigenvalue theory.Then,an example of second order design is given to describe specifically the method.
