摘  要:在气体搅拌萃取塔中,研究了静态混合器对气含率、滞液率的影响.对于有气体搅拌的气-液-液三相系统,表观气速、表观水速、表观油速均对气含率、滞液率有影响,但影响的程度不同.在气含率的影响因素中,表观气速的影响最大,表观油速的影响最小.在滞液率的影响因素中,表观气速的影响最大,表观水速的影响最小.静态混合器的型式对气含率、滞液率均有影响,在操作条件相同的情况下,Ⅰ型静态混合器对气含率、滞液率的影响比Ⅱ型的大.The influence of motionless mixer on gas holdup and dispersed phase holdup in gas-agitating extraction tower was studied. The apparent gas velocity, apparent water velocity and apparent oil velocity have some different effects on gas holdup and dispersed phase holdup in the case of gas-liquid-liquid triple phase system under stirring. The apparent gas velocity induce the maximum impacting strength but the minimum for the apparent oil velocity on gas holdup. In the case of dispersed phase holdup, the influence of apparent gas velocity is the strongest and apparent water velocity is the weakest. The type and specification of motionless mixer give some effects on both gas holdup and dispersed phase holdup. The influence factor of type Ⅰ motionless mixer on the gas holdup and dispersed phase holdup is much bigger than that of type Ⅱ under the same manipulating conditions.
