摘　　要：高校的稳定关系到整个社会稳定全局,积极做好学生工作是维护高校稳定的关键。本文根据新时期高校稳定工作的特点,在总结广州电大学生工作经验的基础上,提出了维护高校稳定必须长期坚持并认真做好的四项工作。A harmonious society calls for a stable situation in the university,whose key lies in the ethnic education on students.Based on personal experiences working in this field,the author summarizes the characteristics of the university's ethic education,and correspondingly puts forward four long-term tasks which shall be successfully accomplished targeting on maintaining a stable situation in the university in new era.
