私营企业党建工作环境和任务探析

摘　　要：私营企业党建工作是党的建设工程中全新的探索性很强的一大课题。由于私营企业党建工作所处的特殊环境，决定了这项工作必然会受到各方面的挑战，会遇到许多新的矛盾、新的问题。要体现党的先进性，增强竞的执政能力，巩固党的阶级基础，扩大党的群众基础，私营企业党组织必须承担时代赋予的一系列艰巨任务。Party construction in private enterprises is a brand-new question in the course of Party construction which demands in-depth exploration. The special environment leads to various challenges that it will have to face as well as contradictions and problems it will meet with. In order to reflect the Party＇s adrancing character, enforce the Party＇s political power, strengthen the Party＇s class foundation and widen the Party＇s mass influence, Party organizations in private enterprises must shoulder the huge and important task of the time.
