摘　　要：重整人主持的重整事业关系到各方利益相关者的私权利益以及社会利益的衡平,选取重整人角色生成背景作为研究视角,有利于结合中国国情和现实公司重整实务需要,探求重整人制度在某种意义上的一般性和共同背景下生长的特殊形态,明确公司重整人制度立法技术的一般原理。The work of the reorganizer interlinks the balance between stakeholders＇ private benefits and social benefits. This article focuses on the appearance background of reorganizer, explores the special form of reorganizer system under the general and common background, and makes it clear the general principal of the legislation of reorganizer system.
