摘　　要：PSC中错误和缺陷的判定是一项很复杂的工作。本文从标准的确立谈起,认为错误和缺陷要以普通话音位和国际音标为基础,从音位和非区别性特征上进行判定。It is very complicated to judge errors and defects by means of PSC. The writer of this paper, beginning from the establishment of standard, thinks that, based on the phoneme of Mandarin Chinese and IPA ,errors and defects should be judged from the phoneme and non-distinctive features.
