摘　　要：目的研究聚焦超声对SMMC 7721体外侵袭能力的影响。方法聚焦超声照射肝癌细胞株SMMC 7721后,用体外侵袭实验检测存活细胞侵袭穿透人工基底膜的细胞数并与正常对照组比较。结果聚焦超声照射后存活SMMC 7721细胞侵袭穿透人工基底膜的细胞数量减少。结论聚焦超声照射后可降低存活SMMC 7721细胞的侵袭转移能力。Objective To investigate the effect of focused ultrasound on invasion of SMMC 7721 cells after treatment of focused ultrasound in vitro. Methods the difference of the cell numbers invading through the Matrigel of invasion chamber between the alive SMMC 7721 cells received focused ultrasound irradiation and normal SMMC 7721 cells was compared in vitro.Results After receiving focused ultrasound irradiation, the number of alive SMMC 7721 cells invading through the Matrigel of invasion chamber was reduced. Conclusion Focused ultrasound can reduce the ability of invasion and metastasis of alive SMMC 7721 cells.
