复发性生殖器疱疹患者的精神抑郁症状与细胞免疫功能的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性生殖器疱疹患者精神抑郁症状与细胞免疫功能的关系。方法采用自评抑郁量表(SDS)对63例复发性生殖器疱疹患者进行症状量化评分检查,比较分析抑郁者与无抑郁者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血清白介素-2(IL-2)含量。结果复发性生殖器疱疹患者的SDS评分明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),精神抑郁症状的发生率达41.27%。复发性生殖器疱疹患者中年复发次数高者(≥5次)比年复发次数低者(<5次)SDS评分显著增高(P<0.05)。具有精神抑郁症状者,其外周血T淋巴细胞CD3、CD4细胞百分比、CD4/CD8比值及血清IL-2含量明显低下。结论复发性生殖器疱疹患者中具有精神抑郁症状者其精神抑郁症状受复发次数高低影响,有精神抑郁症状者细胞免疫功能低下。Objective To explore the relation between the depression symptom of patients with Recrudescent Genital Herpes （RGH） and the cellular immunity. Methods Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） was used to examine and score the symptom of 63 patients with RGH, and the count of T-lymphocyte subsets was corcpared and analyzed in peripheral blood and the level of serum interleukin-2 （IL-2） of patients with and without depression symptom. Results The SDS scores of the patients with RGH were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group （P〈0.01）, and the occurrence rate of depression symptom was 41.27%. The SDS scores of the RGH patients with higher annual recrudescence rate （≥5 times） were significantly higher than those with lower annual recrudescence rate （〈5 times）. For patients with depression symptom, the percent of CD3 and CD4 T-lymphocytes in peripheral blood, the ratio of CD4/CD8 and the level of serum IL-2 were lower obviously. Conclusion For RGH patients who have depression symptom, the depression symptom may be affected by the recrudescence rate, and the cellular immunity is poor.
