摘  要:应用半定量RT-PCR技术检测了壳聚糖对不结球白菜叶片GDH和G S的mRNA水平的影响。结果表明GDHmRNA的变化与GDH活性的变化趋势基本一致,而G SmRNA的量基本恒定,并未与G S的活性变化相符合。即壳聚糖可能在转录水平上对氨同化关键酶GDH进行调控;而对G S的调控则不在转录水平上,有可能发生在翻译水平上。Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was adopted to determine the effects of chitosan on the levels of GDHmRNA AND GSmRNA in the leaves of no-heading Chinese cabbage, and the results showed that GDHmRNA tended to vary basically in the same pattern as GDH activity did and GSmRNA remained nearly constant without consisting with GS activity, that is to say,chitosan probably regulate GDH ,the crucial enzyme to ammonia assimilation,at the transcriptional level,but it probably regulate GS at the translation level in steady of the transcriptional level.
