摘　　要：提供了基于多目标决策中的TOPS IS法的城市间宏观经济效益差异的一种评价比较方法及一套指标体系.并实证分析了呼和浩特市、包头市近五年来的宏观经济效益,得到了与实际相吻合的结果.This thesis chooses nine representative indexes of tow cities ： HuHHoT and BaoTou between 1998 and 2002 as index system of macroeconomic benefits. It reflects the changeful situation of macroeconomic benefits on two cities： HuHHoT and Baotou in recent years in detail, and in the same time offers analysis and suggestions after comprehensive comparison and analysis of macroeconomic benefits of HuHHoT and BaoTou by using Multiple objective decision making method and Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution.
