摘 要:采用聚丙烯酸(PA)和聚马来酸(PM)的钠盐的代替NaCl作促染剂,用于棉织物的活性染料染色。分析染色后织物表观色深(K/S值)和各项色牢度的结果表明,用聚羧酸钠盐代替NaCl作促染剂进行棉织物活性染料染色是可行的。在等当量钠离子浓度条件下,以聚羧酸钠盐为促染剂染色的样品的K/S值和色牢度,基本与NaCl作促染剂的效果相当,其较理想的用量是,PA为70~80g/L,PM为60~72g/L。The possibility of using polyacrylic acid (PA) sodium and polymaleic acid (PM) sodium in dyeing cotton fabrics with reactive dyes in place of sodium chloride as accelerate agent. For this purpose, K/Svalues and dyeing fastness of the dyed cot- ton samples were contrasted. The result showed that it is possible with the polycarboxylic acid sodium to substitute the salt in cotton dyeing with reactive dyes, and under the equal equivalent concentration of sodium ion of condition, the K/S value and dyeing fastness of dyed cotton fabrics with polycarboxylic acid sodium are approximately close to that with sodium chloride. The ideal dosage is PA 70 ~80 g/L, PM 60~72 g/L.
