异丙酚伍用不同配方用于无痛人流术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:减少异丙酚在无痛人流术中的副作用。方法:在无痛人流术麻醉中运用分别运用芬太尼、曲马多、鸡矢藤与异丙酚合用,观察麻醉作用的效果,术后离院的时间,苏醒后腹痛的情况等并进行统计学处理﹑讨论。结论:结果发现,鸡矢藤与异丙酚合用最适用于门诊无痛人流手术。Orders： Reduce the deputy effect of depfivan using in indolent artificial abortion. Methods： Respectively associate Fentanyl Tramadol Hydrochloride Herba Paederiae with Diprivan using in indolent artificial abortion, then observe the narcotic effect and the time patients needing to depart from hospital, and at last deal with and analyze the abdomen ache of patients emergence, ere using statistics. Conclusion： It is the best fitted to associate Herba Paederiac with Diprivan using in ambulatory indolent artificial abortion.
