生物碱基的反相高效液相色谱分离及其在人体液分析中的应用

摘　　要：本文报道以12．5mmol／LKH2PO4－H3PO4（pH4．0）缓冲溶液作流动相，在YWGC18柱上反相高效液相色谱法同时分离胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、尿酸、黄嘌呤、尿嘧啶丙酸、羟乙基-5-氟尿嘧啶、9-N-二羟丙基腺嘌呤和腺嘌呤，并用于人体液中胞嘧啶、尿嘧啶、尿酸、黄嘌呤和腺嘌呤的测定，标准加入加收率在94．0％～104.0％之间。This paper reports the separation of some biological bases and their derivatives including cytosine, uracil, uric acid, 1-propionyloxyuracil, 1-hydroxyethyl-5-fluorouracil, 9-N-dihydroxypropyladenine and adenine on a YWG C18 column by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with 12. 5 mmol/L KH2PO4-H3PO4 (pH = 4. 0) as a mobile phase. The method was used for determining cytosine, uracil, uric acid, xanthine and adenine in body fluid. Recoveries of 94. 0%~104. 0% were obtained.
