摘　　要：报道了10例急性心肌梗死患者应用自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗的护理措施,认为应及时对患者进行护理评估,加强术前心理护理;观察术中并发症;术后及时监测心肌酶谱、生命体征,预防心力衰竭;观察局部的血管情况,保证患者制动期间的舒适等。结果本组患者经治疗后随访观察,症状逐渐减轻,心功能改善,生活质量明显提高。The paper reported nursing measures of lO cases of acute miocardial infarction treated with autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation. The authors argued that nursing measures were timely nursing evaluation of patients, strengthening peri-operative psychological nursing, observing operative complications, monitoring myocardial enzymogram and life signs timely and postoperatively in order to prevent heart failure, observing local vessels and adjusting comfort degree of patients during stationary period. As a result, all patients in the group had better situation of disease, improved heart function and improved quality of life after follow-up.
