对住院初产妇实施母乳喂养强化教育的效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价初产妇在住院期间进行母乳喂养强化教育的效果。方法580例初产妇入住爱婴区后,分入院宣教、强化教育、巩固阶段3个阶段进行强化教育,出院前进行测评,并与567例常规母乳喂养教育组比较。结果强化组对母乳喂养知识与技巧掌握的合格率为100%,出院时母乳喂养率为100%,对健康教育满意率为99.5%,新生儿生理性体质量下降显著减少,与常规组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论产妇在产后住院期间,母乳喂养强化教育是保证母乳喂养顺利开展的有效途径。Objective To evaluate the effects of intensified breast-feeding education on first lying-in women in hospitalization. Methods After admitting the loving baby section, 580 first lying in women received the 3-phase intensified breast-feeding education including hospitalization health education, intensified education and consolidating. Before discharging, they were estimated and compared with 567 from conventional breast-feeding group. Results The passing rate of test on knowledge and skill of intensified breast-feeding was 100%, the breast-feeding rate was 100% before leaving hospital too, the satisfaction rate on intensified health education was 99.5%, and the physiologic body weight loss of neonate had significantly decreased in the health education group. These data had significant difference compared with the routine breast-feeding education group （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The intensified breast-feeding education on lying-in women in hospitalization was the best effective method on popularizing the breast-feeding.
