川渝合作方向选择:区域经济一体化及其经济联合体

摘　　要：川渝合作就是通过政府间合作,依靠一致性的行政力量、政府的政策资源和法规去推动区域经济一体化,形成区域经济联合体,这是在现行体制下实现川渝区域经济发展的方向性选择。川渝经济一体化,首先是成渝经济一体化,建设、确立成渝城市经济圈,形成西南大都市连绵带;形成区域经济联合体,直接取决于川渝能否建构起良性的制度环境、合理的组织安排和完善的区域合作规则,为川渝经济社会资源的优化配置提供一个一体化的制度平台。The cooperation of Sichuan and Chongqing is through intergovemmental cooperation, relying on the consistency of the administrative power, the resources of the policy and law of government to promote regional economic integration and to form a regional economic union, which is the direction choice to achieve the regional economic development of Sichuan and Chongqing in the existing system. The economic integration of Sichuan and Chongqing is the economic integration of Chengdu-Chongqing, including the construction and establishment of Chengdu- Chongqing urban economic circle, and formation of southwest tan belt. The formation of regional economic union, directly depends on whether or not Sichuan and Chongqing could build a healthy system environment, the rational organization and perfect rules of the regional cooperation, to provide a integrative platform of system to optimize the allocation of economic and social resources of Sichuan and Chongqing.
