摘　　要：采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等研究方法,对我国田径后备人才培养中出现的问题进行深入分析与研究,提出了我国田径后备人才培养的方向与发展对策,为提高我国田径运动的训练水平,促进田径后备人才培养的持续、健康发展提供有益借鉴。Using questionnaires, mathematic statistics, documentation and other research methods to reserve my athletics training problems in-depth analysis, and obtain my development approach on the athletic reserve training in track and field. The author provides useful preference for improving our athletetics＇training continuce and healthy development.
