摘 要:目的探讨分享式护理管理在手术室的应用方法和效果。方法在手术室成立9个专科组,通过实施科护士长-护士长-专科组长-专科组员4级管理,使护士直接参与手术室日常管理工作。结果实施分享式护理管理后(2004年)医生和患者对手术室的满意率分别为92.8%、95.6%,与实施前(2001年)比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论运用分享式管理,有利于发掘护士的潜力,发挥其创造性,增强主动服务的意识,提高手术室护理工作满意度。Objective To study the management of shared nursing care and its effect in the operating room. Methods Nine special groups were formed in the operating room and a four-tier management program (including head nurse of the department, head nurse, head of the special group and group members) introduced through which nurses were directly involved in the daily management of the operating room. Results After introduction of the new management program in 2004, the score of the satisfaction of surgeons rose to 92. 8% and that of patients increased to 95. 6%, as compared with those of 2001, with the differences being statistically significant (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01, respectively). Conclusion The new management program of shared responsibility can tap nurses' potential and creativity, enhance their sense of initiative and improve the quality of nursing work in the operating room.
