新式约束带的制作及在ICU危重患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的自制并探讨新式约束带对重症监护病房(ICU)危重患者的约束效果。方法采用白色厚质棉布自制上肢、下肢新式约束带。将102例APACHEII评分≥10分,JCAHO分级2～3级患者,随机分为观察组(52例)及对照组(50例),分别应用自制新式约束带及常用约束带对患者进行防护性约束。结果观察组患者干扰治疗及并发症的发生率,ICU治疗时间及费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论新式约束带的防护性约束效果明显优于目前常用的约束带。Objective To make a new restraint and observe its efficacy on the critically Ⅲ patients in .intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods One hundred and two critically ill patients in ICU with the score of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ （APACHE Ⅱ）≥10 and at the second or third grade according to the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organization （JCAHO） were randomly divided into an observation group （n=52） and a control group （n= 50）. The new home-made restraint made of thick cotton cloths or conventional restraint were used for the two group, respectively, for protective purpose. Results The incidence of treatment interference, ICU stay time, and medical cost were much lower in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. Conelusion The new restraint is better than the the conventional restraint in terms of protective purpose.
