摘　　要：《医疗事故处理条例》(以下简称(条例》)的实施在维护医疗秩序、保障患者权益方面起到了很大的作用,但同时也对广大医务人员产生了一定的心理影响和压力。文章通过对重庆市临床医师的抽样调查反映了这种心理压力,并进行对策方面的探讨和研究。The coming into effect of the Regulations of Handling of Medical Negligence plays a significant part in maintaining the medical order and protecting the interest of the patient. At the same time, however, this has also exerted influences and stresses on the psyche of the doctors. This paper makes a sampled survey on the mental pressures of Chongqing Municipality S s clinicians and carries out investigations into the countermeasures.
