摘 要:目的:研究儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)视听整合连续性行为测试(IVA-CPT)的临床应用。方法:采用1∶1配对病例对照研究评价IVA-CPT诊断儿童ADHD的应用价值。结果:在100例ADHD儿童中,以注意缺陷为主型占44.0%,以多动冲动为主型占14.0%,混合型占42.0%。病例组综合反应控制商数和综合注意力商数分别为82.71±20.01和67.93±17.17,对照组为107.37±10.57和106.03±10.34,两组间具有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:IVA-CPT是一种对儿童ADHD具有诊断价值的客观检查方法。Objective: To study the clinical application of the Intermediate Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test ( IVA -CPT) on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) .Methods: It was clinically applied to evaluate the application value of IVA - CPT on children with ADHD by 1:1 paired case - controlled study. Results: Of all 100 children with ADHD, predominately inattentive, hyperactive, and combined subtype of children with ADHD amounted for 44. 0%, 14. 0% and 44. 0% respectively. The combined control quotient and combined attention quotient of the case group were 82. 71 ± 20. 01 and 67. 93 ± 17. 17, those of the controIled group were 107.37 ± 10. 57 and 106. 03 ± 10. 34, presenting significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion: IVA - CPT is a method of the objective test which has diagnostic value on children with ADHD.
