高效液相色谱法测定复方必消痰胶囊成分含量

摘　　要：目的 建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定复方必消痰胶囊中磺胺甲基异嚷唑（SMZ）、甲氧卞啶（TMP）、盐酸溴己新的含量。方法 采用KF-C18（4．6mm×250mm，10μm）色谱柱；流动相：甲醇-水-0．01mol／L三乙胺甲醇溶液（95：5：1．5）；流速：1．0ml／min；检测波长：249nm。结果 SMZ在4．56—22．8μg／ml、TMP在9.08。45．4μg/ml、盐酸溴已新在10．16—50．80μg／ml范围内呈起好线性关系（n均为5，r均为0．9999）。SMZ、TMP、盐酸溴己新的平均回收率分别为100．92％（n=9，RSD=2．03％）、99．06％（n=9，RSD=1．32％）、101．02％（n=9，RSD=0．62％）。结论 本法简便、快速、准确，适用于制剂的质量分析。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination SMZ ,TMP and bromhexine hydrochloride in compound Bi Xiao Tan capsule. Methods KF - C18 （4.6mm × 250mm, 10μm） column was adopted; the mobile phase was methanol -water- 0.01mol/L triethylamine methanol （95： 5： 1.5 ） ; the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The wavelength of detection was 249 nm. Results The linear range of SMZ, TMP and bromhexine hydrochloride were 4. 56 - 22. 8μg/ml, 9.08 45. 4μg/ml ,10.16 -50.80μ g/ml（ n =5, r =0. 9999）. The average recoveries of SMZ,TMP and bromhexine hydrochloride were 100.92% （ n =9 ,RSD =2.03% ） ,99.06% （ n =9 ,RSD = 1.32% ） , 101.02% （ n = 9, RSD = 0.62% ） respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate for quantitative analysis of the preparation.
