摘  要:首次采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP—HPLC)测定了马桑叶中总黄酮含量.马桑叶样品提取物用盐酸水解,以槲皮素为对照品外标法定量,测定了马桑叶提取液中总黄酮含量.采用Shim—pack ODS柱,乙腈-水为流动相,检测波长为360nm.槲皮素进样量在0.0234~2.34μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为Y(μg)=3.4756×10^-7x+4.7621×10^-3,r^2=0.99999.加标回收率为98.1%,RSD为2.1%.Quantitative reversed-phase HPLC method is developed for the determination of flavonoids in the extracts of the leaves of Coriaria sinica Maxim. Procedure includes extraction and hydrolysis of the flavonoids and subsequent quantitative chromatographic assay of the obtained aglycones and the free aglycones as well on a Shim-pack ODS column, with acetonitrile-water acetic acid as the mobile phase and detection at 360 nm. The total contents of flavonoids under different circumstances of extraction and hydrolysis are determined by reference to external standard compound quercetin. A good linear relationship of standard is found in the range of 0. 023 4 2.34 μg with good correlation(r^2 =0. 999 99). Average recovery is 98.1%.
